THE FIRST BULBS OF DUTCH TULIPS DONATED BY UKO BULGARIA ARE ALREADY SOWED

Today, during an informal ceremony held on the riverside street “Avram Gachev”, in the flower alley next to the pedestrian bridge was launched the campaign for planting 47,000 tulip bulbs donated by the local company Uko Bulgaria. The event was attended by the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Peter Van Fleet and Monica Nikolova – Economic Assistant at the Embassy, as well as the owners of the company – donor Mariana and Patrick Kaiser.

As a token of gratitude, on behalf of the Municipality of Gabrovo, the mayor presented a donation certificate to the company Uko Bulgaria.

We look forward to May next year, when 47,000 tulips will bloom to turn the carnival in Gabrovo in a colorful extravaganza! It was a pleasure for us to welcome the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Peter Van Fleet and Monica Nikolova – economic assistant at the embassy, who took part in the planting action. Our company believes that we need to make an effort today to be beautiful tomorrow and we will continue to work in this direction!
